Our level of investment in technology and our strategic decision to follow exciting new technology, sets us apart from other CPA firms. It allows us more time to focus on resolving business and clients’ issues. We have taken full advantage of server consolidation using Microsoft Windows 2008 Hyper-V. This allows for reduction in hardware maintenance costs, increased space utilization efficiency in our data center, quick speed deployment and sophisticated disaster recovery.
In addition, for productive and efficient workflow, we provide everyone with dual monitors. Our terminal services provide us with remote access from anywhere in the world. Our remote access ability also allows us to access a client’s computer system to assist them with any QuickBooks issues. The document imaging and management software streamlines business processes and enables faster responsive service in an environmentally responsible manner.
